About Me

I am a PhD trained clinical psychologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of children, youth, and young adults struggling with mental health difficulties and/or challenges associated with living with health conditions. For the last 10+ years, I have worked in two Canadian pediatric hospitals working with children, youth and families impacted by acute, chronic and life-threatening illnesses and co-occurring mental health conditions.

I am passionate about providing evidence-based care in a warm, open and collaborative environment that allows clients to explore and overcome their challenges while feeling fully accepted for being their authentic selves. In that vein, I am known for my sense of humour and my distinctive laugh, which I enjoy bringing to my clinical work- because therapy doesn’t always have to be so darn serious!

I am excited to be able to extend my clinical practice to serve the broader community.

I am equally passionate about travel. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cities and countries, and love spending the day at a museum or an art gallery— preferably sporting an old-school audio guide.
